职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责油漆车间日常管理工作，包括生产安排和员工的管理；
2、有计划、有步骤、有节奏地均衡生产，加强品质管理；
3、组织对设备进行日常点检；
4、维持车间良好的工作秩序；

要求：
1、大专以上学历，有汽车整车喷漆经验者优先；
2、熟悉木制品喷漆工艺，熟悉自动喷涂设备；
3、三年以上喷漆主管工作经验,能有效地管理生产

4、能用有效的方法对员工进行激励，以达成公司的产能目标
5、能对不良生产进行分析，提高合格率，降低公司的生产成本。
