职位描述：

Position Purpose

The UWS GCC Pre-sales & Professional Services Consultant is responsible for providing technical support to sales team in GCC region during pre-sales and project implementation of Kodak UWS printing software solutions, and helps sales team approach business.

Responsibilities

1. Be technically competent & confident to promote our solutions to partners and end-users;

2. Teach contracted partners on pre-sales skills.

3. Assist partners in approved pre-sales trials/demo.

4. When required, assist in the verification of software configuration/proposal.

5. Product Liaison with corporate as Specialist (billable hours for Professional Services).

Requirements

Working Experience

1.At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Pre-press, Traditional Printing, Digital Printing and supporting IT-related solutions or services in related industry.

2.Proven experience in pre-sales support, technical sales or related position.

3.Proven sales-oriented skills in printing business field.

4.Previous Printing Software Solution’s experience would be an advantage.

Soft Skills (Communication skills, Leadership, Problem solving, etc.)

1.Advanced understanding of the printing industry and its processes.

2.Willing to assume responsibilities and work under pressure of deadlines.

3.Highly motivated with positive mind, pleasant personality and excellent health.

4.Work hard, ambition, attentive and ability to learn.

5.Excellent interpersonal skills including courtesy, tact and discretion.

6.Excellent communication, written and oral presentation skills

7.Strong planning, organizational and administrative skills.

8.Excellent ability to analyze and propose solutions

9.Practical English language proficiency.

10.Willing and be available for the frequent travelling.

Education & Knowledge

1.Bachelor diploma in Printing Industry /Information Technology / Computer Science

2.Ability to understand complex printing environments including both application and workflow

needs are desirable.

3.Ability to work with various management levels within a customer’s organization
