职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Coordinate and provide day-to-day software, hardware and system support to all associates.
? Perform daily operation, system check and server administration
? Provide installation, trouble shooting, training and problem solving for computer hardware, peripherals, software, and network equipment
? Implement effective processes for all other Service Desk functions including service interruption notification; user satisfaction surveys, etc.
? Perform computer operation support including data backup and IT facilities administration.
? Monitor the usage of company provided IT equipment is within the normal business clause with reasonable care.
? Perform system and network support, troubleshooting, backup and regular maintenance and upgrades for our China offices


REQUIREMENTS

? At least 5 years working experience in desktop support service, system administration and configuration.
? Bachelor degree or above in related majors.
? Knowledge of principles and practices of personal computers and information technology.
? Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
? Excellent spoken and written English. Cantonese preferred.
? Work independently, good interpersonal skills & able to work under pressure;
? Good sense of timing and able to meet tight schedule.
? Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. 举报 分享
