Description:

Credit request for RMA
Coordinate with vendors for return shipments
Negotiate with vendors for higher FOC when RMA is over FOC
Control RMA samples
Credit request for QA related costs
Purchase administrations tasks such as updating price, making order overview, managing credit note overview, checking shipping documents etc
Assist to ad hoc project if necessary

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year experience with shipping or purchase.
Good written English is mandatory.
Practical, efficient, precise, result oriented and flexible attitude.
Good communication skills.
Organizational skills: able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Required computer skills; Outlook, Word, Excel.
