职位描述：

技术服务工程师为使用柯达设备的客户在生产过程中提供现场技术支持故障诊断与排除。同时负责柯达印前制版设备和数码打印设备的安装，调试和培训。

1） 对柯达印前制版设备和数码打印设备提供现场技术支持和服务维护

2） 新设备的安装调试等

3） 对操作员进行操作和维护培训及相关支持

4） 与客户建立良好的关系同时配合销售和代理商的工作

5） 对设备进行定期的维护，反馈设备的运行情况。

6） 对新产品和新应用的测试提供技术支持，配合其他部门的工作

任职资格：

1） 大学本科学历电子或机械工程或印刷相关专业，有相关经验者优先。

2） 3年以上现场技术支持工程师的工作经验

3） 在机械电子，光机电一体化，计算机，电子电路方面有扎实的知识基础以及分析和问题处理能力。有很强的动手能力。

4） 优秀的沟通和倾听能力，善于与客户沟通并了解客户的需求

5） 能够积极主动的参与日常工作，合理安排工作时间和计划，良好的团队合作能力

6） 能够自我调节在压力下工作可以快速适应不同的客户现场环境。

7） 良好的英语听说读写能力

8） 能够经常出差。
