职位描述：
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and creative person with excellent English language skills to work at Shenzhen's largest international school as an IT Technician. The position requires a good degree of autonomy, so excellent problem solving and communication skills are a must. The day to day responsibilities include, answering staff technology requests, routine PC and printer maintenance, and the willingness to learn about our various technology systems.

While a technology background is helpful, someone with limited technology experience, but who has a dynamic personality who is willing to learn is just as important.

The basic technical skills required for the position are knowledge of basic PC troubleshooting, basic printer maintenance, basic networking, basic PC repair, as will as familiarity with a range of productivity software common to an office setting.

A bachelors degree is preferred. Degrees in English, or Technology are a plus.

Qualifications
· Fluent English Speaker
· Willing to work on a close team solving problems using both industry-standard and creative methods and techniques.

Willing to do basic computer troubleshooting
· Repair corrupted operating systems
· Diagnose and repair hardware issues
· Remove viruses
· Dealing with computer problems creatively
· Able to work independently
Basic understanding of networking

We are dedicated to the education and development of students ages 2 through 17 years old. At QSI Shenzhen we have approximately 1350 students and over 250 faculty and staff.
