职位描述：
Document Controller / 文控专员
Position Details:
1. Create ECO/MCO/ Deviation in Agile system and tracking state till release. 在Agile 系统创建工程变更并生效。
2. Control customer-provided document, communicate with customers for documentation related issues as needed.控制客户提供的文件数据，需要时与客户沟通关于工程变更以及文件相关事宜。
3. Oracle data creation and maintenance, including BOM delete and copy, Item description, Item category or item type change, AML and MPN, routine, customer item cross reference, B68 and MEX Org assignment, manually apply Org template etc. Oracle系统数据的日常维护。
4. Provide training to users on Agile and Oracle data import template and application.必要时提供Agile, Oracle数据导入方面的培训。
5. RoHS Hold item on-time release. 物料RoHS Hold按时解除。
6. Implements and maintains an Engineering Change Notice System. Coordinates with engineers to ensure appropriate changes are documented. 维护工程变更通知系统。确保变更受控并执行。

Required Qualifications:
1. Female, College or above. / ***优先，大专或以上学历。
2. Has at least 1 year working experience on product data management, engineering change or system management./ 至少一年以上工作经验，有数据管理或工程变更相关经验者优先。
3. Familiar with MS operation, skill in Oracle is preferable. / 熟悉电脑操作，有Oracle经验优先。
4. Be good at writing and reading in English. / 能用英文熟练读，写。
