职位描述：
1. Work with vendor/Finance on China monthly payroll

2. Work with HR agent on employees' social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance and flexible benefit

3. Management on employees' data maintenance both in employee's P-file and HR system

4. Management on employee's exit process

5. Regular update on HR reports such as KPI report, leave records, staff list report etc.

6. Handle foreign employee's work permit

7. Issue local employee's certifications such as income certification, visa related certification, etc.

8. Assist HR Manager on HR related projects

9. Other ad hoc tasks assigned

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree, 5 years working experience in MNC and has HR operation experience is preferred

2. Good command of English skill both in written and oral

3. Excellent in Microsoft excel, word and PPT

4. Good team work spirit
