职位描述：
1. Work closely with hiring manager and HRBP to make job analysis and deeply understand hiring requirements

2. Plan and organize all the recruitment activities, responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle from job posting, screening or sourcing, interview scheduling, selection, offers negotiation and issue offers etc.

3. Coach junior recruiter and other team members on daily operation work, acts as a role model in talent acquisition team.

4. Manage the data associated with the recruitment process, provide regular recruiting report

5. Map out target talents and keep a good accumulation into talent pool, build up network in talent market for pipeline preparation, passionate to reactive passive candidates

6. Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process

7. Assist the HR Manager to complete the important Staffing projects like campus recruitment, hunter management as needed.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree, 5 years working experience in MNC and has HR operation experience is preferred

2. Good command of English skill both in written and oral

3. Excellent in Microsoft excel, word and PPT

4. Good team work spirit

5. Strong sense of responsibility, positive, self-motivated

6. Working experience in a searching company is a plus but not necessary;

7. Excellent communication skills both to upper management and peers level
