职位描述：
We are currently hiring full time Academic Architects to teach classes in fields of your interests, and to supervise our students’ US college applications.

Location: Shanghai/Shenzhen
Duration: Two years

Academics Architect - Two year Full-time teaching program
--> Intensive teaching experience
--> Teach small seminars in a socratic discussion style
--> Teach your subject of interest
--> Past subjects: US Politics and Election, AP Art History, English Literature, IB Psychology etc.
--> Work on a team with both Chinese and American members, and participate in thoroughly globalized, and cross-cultural communications.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
? Efficient preparation of education documents, lesson plans, expedition documents, individual planning documents, and effective implementation of classes, activities, and various goals
? High sense of responsibility and ownership for students
? Openness to feedback and empirical learning - constant improvement in teaching skills through experience and feedbacks from your clients and colleagues
? Adaptability in a fast-moving environment
? Maintain active communicate with different types of students
? Ability to collaborate with team members in a multicultural environment
? Familiarity with USA college admissions requirements. Previous experience in US college application is preferred
? Fluency in both English and Chinese is a plus
? Specific expertise (in hobbies and talents) is also a plus
? Candidates from prestigious universities or liberal arts colleges
? Salary to be discussed in person based on your experience
? US college experience is preferred
