职位描述：
主要职责 Main Duties：
1、负责对公司投融资运作进行全面的战略管理、投融资方案的业务设计。
     Do comprehensive management in company investment & financing, make investment and financing plans.
2、负责建立健全公司投融资管理制度、流程、工作规范，并组织实施。
     Establish and perfect the management system, process, working standard on investment & financing and put them into practice.
3、负责公司与金融机构、投资机构联系，寻找融资资本。
     Contact with financing & investing institutions and hunt for financing capitals.
4、负责对投资项目的筛选和甄别，实施尽职调查，提供分析报告，立项，进行风险管理。
     Choose and screen investment &financing projects; provide due diligence and analysis report; set up investment & financing projects, control and reduce risks.
5、对已完成的投融资工作进行后续监控、分析、评估、管理。
     Supervise, analyze, assess and manage the post-investment & financing work.
 
用人要求Requirements：
1、本科及以上学历，金融、财务、经济类专业；熟悉国家相关的政策、法规；有CPA、律师等资格证书者优先。熟悉国内外资本市场运作，能以英语作为工作语言。
     Bachelor or above in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; familiar with laws, related policies and domestic and overseas capital market; A CPA or Lawyer qualification certificate is preferred; Fluent in English and Chinese.
2、10年以上投融资工作经验，有著名投行或投资机构从业经历者优先，有海外投融资经历优先。
     At least 10 years working experience in investment & financing; famous investment bank or overseas experience is preferred.
3、具有丰富的商业谈判经验，项目财务营运分析、成本控制及成本核算能力强。与银行、证券公司或PE机构等有良好合作及人脉关系的优先。
     High ability in negotiation, financing operation analysis, cost control and cost accounting. Good relationships with banks, securities and PE institutions is preferred.
4、正直，自我激励意识强，良好的沟通能力，成熟稳重，具有团队协作精神。
     High level of integrity, dedication and motivation, strong communication skills, hard-working, mature and team-oriented.
5、可接受长期出差。
