职位描述：
-In line with ABB Solar business and product roadmap strategy and adapt design activities based on market development, prepares short and long term Solar design objectives and recommends their adoption to Local Business Unit (LBU) management;
-Manage a software team for electrical vehicle DC fast charger
-Work with global and local Solar R&D team for software implementation of DC fast charger-system and modular level;
-Support the project team implementation Verification, validation, manufacturing trial run &product support and after sales service support and sustaining;
-Prepare software/firmware design specifications. Specify, do and review product test for evaluation of developed firmware.
-Leverage best-practice software engineering processes, utilizing appropriate tools
-Submits disclosure and win successful patents on Solar basis
-Submits regular engineering software reports for Solar product.
-Ensure adherence to ABB integrity and safety rules and regulations

-Bachelor or Master Degree in Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
-5 Years' experience in power electronics industry with proven successful record.
-Strong software development background, familiar with all aspects of the software development life cycle.
-Experience with embedded system development such as Atmel, DSP, ARM...
-Experience with developing operation system such as Linux preferred
-Experience developing Solar off board charger over 20KW firmware is an advantage
-Experience with software quality management tools such as SVN, Trac, Bugzilla
-Familiar with China Solar GB/T and NB/T standard preferred.
-Experience in system architecture design and/or software programming (e.g. VB, C++,…),
-Knowledge about Microsoft office
