Position Description: Foundry manager is the key position to ensure our foundry supplier keeps high performance and our products running with high quality as well as the cost saving with high yield throughout our external foundry suppliers. Majority to assistant manager monitors and maintain the foundry process and product yield; working closely with suppliers/quality team/BU for any of the low yield issues; lead the technical discussion and data analysis for product yield improvement; partial function including as technical representative to support the technical topics and foundry operational issues; ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services; establishes requirements for suppliers to achieve process and quality standards to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met;

Job duties:
- Represent ON semi’s operations & yield interest at foundry
- Monitor the foundry process and product yield;
- Lead the technical discussion for the low yield issues and yield enhancement project;
- Technical support between ON Semi’s BU’s and manufacturing sites;
- Update Foundry monthly KPI and Quarterly Foundry Rating Scorecard.
- On time delivery (OTD) monitoring measurement.
- Review and update supplier Cycle Times to reflect the actual CT for products running at foundry in quarterly basis.
- Communication with foundry for Capacity Utilization outlook in quarterly basis.
- Manage quality incidence to ensure timely responses and resolution by the suppliers

Position Requirements:
- BS/BA above in Electrical Engineering/Micro Electronics/Semiconductor Physics/Material Science or related area;
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in wafer fab; the candidate must have strong PIE/TD/Device engineering/Yield enhancement related background;
- Must have strong data analysis skill; excellent on JMP, Excel and related analysis tools;
- Proficient in office software and good reporting still;
- Multi-tasking ability and good problem-solving skills needed;
- Good team work player and able to work under the high pressure and willing to take the challenge;
- Good verbal and written communication in English;
