Job summary
Verity is currently recruiting a Corporate Communications Officer to support its business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with our professional team and be responsible for organization of all collected evidence and transform the information into a comprehensive report for each case. He or she will be given exposure to preparing various corporate communications write ups for both internal and external purposes.

Main duties and responsibilities
● Handle a full range of writings and correspondence tasks in a timely manner and with quality, including but not limited to case reports, updates, newsletters etc.
● Assist managers in case management to prioritize reports and other tasks in a timely manner
● Liaise with internal parties, clients and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of business
● Some administrative tasks are to be performed
● Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
● Degree holder in English, Translation, Communication, Journalism, or related disciplines
● Around 2 years of relevant experience
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing is a must
● Enjoys problem solving and possesses an analytical mind to organize information from various sources
● Excellent command of written English
● Good communication skills in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua Mature with a strong sense of responsibility to serve the senior management and our clients
● Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills to cooperate with fellow team members and other departments
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized in performing reporting writing, refining, and proofreading
● Efficient and able to work independently & under pressure to meet tight deadlines
● Fresh graduates will be considered
