Responsibilities
Work with US Team directly for creating different kinds of reports, eg.:-

DRC Daily Fill Rate
Kits Dash board
Order Metrics and Trends for DCs
Weekly Global Fill Rate Report
MQN open order trends
Bullet Train Sales reports for funnel updates

Key Specifications

Excel 2016/2013 knowledge
Knowledge of Pivot Tables
Creating, Modifying and Refreshing Charts in Excel
Knowledge of Slicers in excel
Setting Print page settings
Refreshing the OBIEE reports from Excel
Knowledge of vlookup
Knowledge of text and cell formattings in excel
Basic knowledge of running reports in OBIEE
Familiarity with Sum Product function in excel
Knowledge of formulas and calculations in excel
Knowledge of power point
Knowledge of Data Model in Excel
Ability to dig deep and analyse if required

MUST HAVE:

Minimum 2 year ERP planning experience, in international company;
Ability to take initiatives to solve problems
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Team work, interact with DJO US team and China/Asia team

NICE TO HAVE:

Project management skill;
Familiar with shoe manufacturing process, or soft goods manufacturing procedure

WORKING HOURS
Need to sync with US colleague working time
