职位描述：
【岗位职责】
1、按照公司业务发展规划，负责新项目拓展工作，包括项目前期信息收集、整理汇报、组织相关部门分析和立项、制订指定项目的拓展计划和预算、政府机构相关人员的关系维护和跟踪、组织公司技术公关人员形成团队达成项目合作；
2、负责水处理改造或新建工程项目的管理，完成项目的施工、调试和验收等工作；
3、负责工程进度、质量、安全及协调各单位之间的关系，确保项目保质保量按期完成；
4、负责项目资源的统筹调配、工时费率预算、结算及相关成本的控制；
5、了解并熟悉各种水处理设备的技术性能及工程安装知识。

【岗位要求】
1、机电、给排水、环境工程等相关专业，全日制本科或以上学历；
2、5年以上工业水处理或现场工程施工管理经验，有机电设备安装经验者优先考虑；
3、具有较强的组织实施、沟通协调能力及解决工程实施过程中各种问题的能力；
4、忠诚、敬业、正直、有全局观念，具备较强的领导能力，能激励、指导并带领团队完成工作；敢于承担责任，能承受工作压力，能适应长时间出差；
5、熟悉环保工程各专业知识、熟悉工程项目管理及程序、熟悉施工技术及管理工作；
6、有注册建造师（机电专业）职称者可优先考虑。
