职位和职责
我们的项目最主要为现实我们的约5000平方米的品牌家庭娱乐中心，娱乐中心将为我们的顾客提供独特设计、集成和领先技术的景点，为顾客特别的食品和饮料，提供定制商品和其他设施在现有或计划零售或混合使用的特点。 您将协调提供和安装我们独特的，互动和媒体丰富的景点的过程，为我们的客人创造最终的参与和教育家庭经验。

每个家庭娱乐中心（BFEC）的项目交付主要包括：
?股东利益和期望管理
?内部，客户和合作伙伴资源以及项目计划，以完成计划的可交付成果，跟踪进度并促进问题解决。
?管理项目文件，如甘特图，预算和预期成本报告，问题和风险管理，沟通管理，每周和每月报告，主持会议和会议记录。

?拥有高级的项目管理技能和熟练使用和操作MS Project（或Pri-mavera 3/6），excel和MS Office套件。

Setting and duties
Our projects for the most revolve around realization of our BFEC’s – around 5,000 m2 providing our guests with uniquely de-signed, integrated and technically sophisticated attractions, ex-ceptional food and beverage, customized merchandise and other facility within existing or planned retail or mixed use properties. You will be coordinating the process of delivering and installing our unique, interactive and media rich attractions, creating the ultimate in engaging and educational family experience for our guests.

The Main focus for each BFEC delivery includes;
? Stakeholder and expectation management
? Internal, customer and partner resources and project plan-ning to complete planned deliverables, track progress and facilitate issue-resolution.
? Managing of project documentation such as Gantt Charts, budgets and anticipated cost reports, issue and risk man-agement, communication management, weekly & monthly reporting, chairing meetings and minute taking.
? Identifying scope-changes, gaining approval on change or-ders, escalating issues to assure resolution and managing variation orders
? Utilize existing processes and procedures including peer re-views, making formal recommendations and participating in tender committee actions and contribute to process im-provement

You will be our site based BFEC champion leading in manage-ment, planning, preparing and coordinating the development and delivery of a BFEC within a retail or mixed-use property or planned development.

You will report directly into the VP Project Management and you will be part of and leading the project team assist the delivery (this may consist of you, a procurement manager, project-assistant, Document Controller, other).
 
Skills and Specifications
? Bachelor/University degree in a technical field is required, Advanced degree preferred
? +8 years of experience in project management, Client or De-veloper side preferred. Experience in fit-out projects in lei-sure & entertainment developments, hotel and hospitality or mixed use developments.
? Mandatory bi lingual (Fluent English & Mandarin, written and Spoken).
? You have advanced project management skills and profi-cient in the use and manipulation of MS Project (or Pri-mavera 3/6), excel and the MS Office suite.
? You are extremely detail oriented.
? You have a “roll up your sleeves” mentality to ensure suc-cessful delivery in a site based role.
? A self-starter, comfortable with frequently evolving re-quirements and can work autonomously while still keeping relevant stakeholders up to date on progress.
? You’re not a career-hunter, looking to show off your awe-someness by burying you counterpart with abbreviations and terminology; Proven career history of end to end project delivery (design through to handover to an operator)
? Evidenced success-presenting the complex insightful and the abstract tangible
? Ability to draw on your prior delivery experience to manage unique attractions and bespoke fit out environments with a high level of complexity and quality.
? A robust character allowing you to manage challenging work environments, multi lingual and geographically diverse teams across multiple disciplines. You understand the tricks of the trade; previous events have made you fabulous at dealing with stress and phenomenal at communicating with (stressed-out) peers and stakeholders.
? You understands the factors influencing project-cycle-time, and have a proven history in over-all project on time / on budget delivery.
? You can travel and (temporarily) relocate
? You are positive, energetic and collaborative, taking respon-sibility for getting things done, and taking pride in doing them well. Tons of energy and a great team spirit are a must.
