职位描述：
1、 Manage the local IT team in Shenzhen office;
2、 Ensure all tasks of South China in Service Desk are completed in SLA and regular review the service report for any improvement;
3、 Ensure all the IT critical system/devices are under maintenance period in South China;
4、 Ensure the network, computers and servers was protected with antivirus and updated patching in South China;
5、 Ensure all the data backup are running based on the backup policy in South China;
6、 Manage all kinds documents of GC network team;
7、 Regular GC IT team meeting and functional team meeting;
8、 Control & Monitor all the cost within the budget in South China;
9、 Ensure all the cost are marked in ITBF system after approved via RFA processes;
10、 Ensure all the IT assets of South China are recorded in the Asset Management system (AE);
11、 Align with Global GTS best practices and the IT standard & policies.

Qualifications
1、Bachelor degree, 8 years of relevant working experience.
2、Good English reading and writing ability,Good leadership and communication skill.
