Title: Inspection and Handling Assistant 收发货及QC质检助理
Responsibilities 工作职责
You will be involved in direct hands-on inspection and unit testing of products in our Shenzhen office with dedicated test equipment as well as carefully packing and handling the sensitive materials for warehousing and dispatch. Our manufacturing team will be relying on your visibility of the products to raise concerns before they become problems, and it is the foundation by which we have won the trust of many respected engineering companies around the world.
本职位的职责涉及对产品进行直观的检验及利用专用测试工具进行测试，以及仔细包装及处理敏感的材料，以便仓储及发货。我们的生产团队将依赖你对产品的检测来提高关注并避免相关问题的发生，籍此方式我司已赢得世界范围内众多广受尊重的工程公司的信任。
Your typical day may include:
日常职责
- Receiving goods from factories and suppliers, checking quantities and recording materials into the warehouse checksheet
签收发自工厂或供应商的货物，核对数量，填写收货登记表
- Detailed and careful visual inspection of the incoming materials
对所收货物进行仔细、详尽的目测
- Assisting the Manufacturing Engineer with detailed electrical testing with specialist tools where required
如果需要，利用特殊工具协助生产工程师进行电动性能测试
- Arranging and packing goods securely accordingly to our packaging standard for storage and dispatch
根据公司的包装标准，对货物进行恰当的包装，以便储存及发货
-Assisting in shipment dispatching
协助发货安排
- Reporting defects and issues to the Quality & Testing Technician to follow up with the engineering team
向质量及测试技术员汇报货物的缺陷及相关问题，以便其与工程组跟进及解决
- Supporting the Shenzhen team to maintain a tidy and organized warehouse
协助深圳团队维护整洁、有序的仓库管理
Requirements职位基本要求
- Secondary technical school or diploma （high school graduates with suitable experience may be also considered）
中专或大专学历, 高中毕业具恰当经验亦可考虑
-two year above factory or trading company QC experience
两年以上工厂或贸易公司QC质检及查货经验
- Experience in quality control of motors or mechanical products preferred.
具马达或机电产品质检经验优先
- Experience in shipments handling and warehouse management preferred.
具收发货或仓库工作经验优先
- Basic skills in English preferred
具基本英语沟通能力优先
- Self discipline; initiative; strong sense of responsibility
自律、主动并具高度责任心
- Proficient in the use of IT：MS Office, email, online search
熟悉常用电脑操作：Word, Excel, 电邮及网上搜索等
