工作职责：</p><p>1.协助精益工程师组织公司的改善活动（IKW/SGA)。</p><p>
2.指导各改善小组使用Lean的基本工具，完成改善报告及BP的制作。</p><p>
3.跟进、追踪各类改善项目的Homework及Yokoter plan.</p><p>4.钍对生员工做Lean的基础培训。</p><p>5.及时完成工程师安排的工作

工作要求：
</p><p>
1.高中及以上学历。
</p><p>2.最好具有两年的BE相关的工作经验。
</p><p>3.性格开朗，具有一定沟通和协调能力。 </p><p>
4.工作积极主动，能承担一些工作上的压力。</p>
