职位描述：
A Camera Engineer position from BQ HW department is offered; make full responsibility for camera module development of the products.

Responsibilities:
? Support on the link between BQ HW department, BQ ME department, BQ R&D Imaging department, SoC vendors, ODM and camera vendors to optimize design and performance of camera module inside consumer electronics devices.
? Participate in camera module technology R&D for continuous improving camera related components.
? Monitoring on camera module technologies in terms of components and new features.
? Control the compliance of BQ camera module requirements and specifications for every product from design stage to MP.
? Control the evolution of the camera modules from design stage to MP.
? Collaborate with vendors in the best HW and mechanical configurations for the camera modules.
? Participate in the manufacture process validation, stability and control.
? Follow up HW and mechanical camera issues in development and production stages.

Background Requirements
? Optical engineering or Hardware Engineering background BSc. or Msc.
? Strong background in low profile camera modules manufacture (FPC, sensor, VCM, lens, etc)
? Camera Driver and OTP advanced knowledge
? 2+ years experience in mobile or tablet camera module development.
? Knowledge on consumer electronics and technology.
? Optics expertise including light transmission, diffusion and filtering.
? Advanced writing and fluent spoken English.
? Good at communicating, with brilliant writing and oral expression ability,
? Honest and integrity, responsibility, team-work player, proactive, good analytic capacity.

岗位职责
？ 协调并联络硬件部、结构部、影像研发部、SoC供应商、ODM和摄像头供应商，优化电子产品内部摄像头模块的设计与性能；
？ 参与摄像头模块的技术研发，以持续改善摄像头相关的元器件；
？ 持续关注与摄像头模块相关的元器件和功能新技术；
？ 确保研发到生产每一个阶段中公司对产品的摄像头模块要求和规格得到满足；
？ 管理及控制设计到大货过程中摄像头模块的进度；
？ 与供应商一道确定摄像头模块的硬件和结构配置；
？ 参与生产过程中的审核、确认和控制；
？ 跟踪设计到生产过程中的摄像头硬件和结构问题；

岗位要求：
？ 光学工程及硬件工程本科以上；
？ 微型摄像头模组（FPC、Sensor、VCM、Lens等）生产相关工作经验；
？ 熟悉摄像头驱动和OTP知识；
？ 手机及平板模组开发2年以上工作经验；
？ 了解电子消费品及相关技术；
？ 非常熟悉光学知识，包括光传播、发散及滤光等；
？ 良好的英语写作和口语能力；
？ 良好的沟通、写作和口语表达能力；
？ 诚实、正直、负责、具有团队精神，做事主动以及良好的分析能力。
