Title: Key Account Manager – Asia-Pacific & Middle-East Regions

Reporting To: VP of Asian Operations

Location: Shenzhen or Hong Kong

Type of Position: Full-Time

Roles/Responsibilities:
? Responsible for developing sales and grow the Asia-Pacific (AP) and Middle-East (ME) businesses
? Responsible for the account management, business development, and sales strategy of the AP&ME business and operations
? Visit fairs and exhibitions to develop contacts and sales
? Build and manage relationships with customers to develop future sales
? Follow on project payments from Customers
? Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
? Manages a team of project management professionals
? Manage and ensure projects are delivered on time, with the right quality and cost and from the right suppliers
? Build relationships with Regional Leaders, Senior Management, and cross-functional partners and communicate where needed
? Work with production and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of projects and drive issues to resolution in a timely manner
? Conducts weekly reviews with project management group to ensure projects are on schedule and provide regular updates
? Work with Quality and Sourcing teams to ensure the correct suppliers for projects
? Conducts meetings as needed with team members. Demonstrates leadership by working through others to resolve issues.
? Supervises project schedule. Establish performance management objectives for self and direct reports, and conduct regular performance reviews.
? Provide mentoring and coaching for career growth
? Other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French. Fluency in other languages or dialects is preferred
? Have work with multi-national companies
? Proven sales, develop customers, and project management capabilities
? Able to work and communicate across different cultures, diversity, and gender

Minimum Education and Experience Required: ?
? Bachelor degree in International Sales, Business, Management or Marketing
? Minimum eight (8) years experience in sales, marketing, business management, project management, in the luxury product display or related industry
? A minimum of three (3) years experience managing a group of people
? Master degree is preferred

Special Job Requirements:
? May require working out of normal working hours
? Able to travel within China and internationally to Middle-East, Europe, or U.S.A
? May require frequent availability and communication during non-standard business hours to communicate with global team members 举报 分享
