YOUR NEW JOB
You will analyze and define business processes, requirements and informative data.
You will conduct business process mapping and gap analysis.
You will provide system operation training and leading user acceptance test.
You will assist to plan and implement improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency
You will support Company Policy, Standard Operation Procedure and Workflow documentations with proper monitoring and measuring methods.
Occasionally travelling may be required.
YOUR CHARACTER & COMMITMENT
Proactive, result oriented, able to cope with challenges of multi-cultural work environment
Detail oriented and self-starting.
Extremely high integrity and business ethics.
YOUR COMPETENCE & COMMUNICATION
Fluency in English and Chinese.
Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 relevant SDLC experience in application development and support.
Ability to deliver according to schedule and quality criteria
Experience in managing stakeholders, including project sponsors/managers, subject matter
experts, end users, service providers and external agencies.
Change, negotiation and issues resolution skills and experience necessary to resolve conflicts in reaching an agreed and implemented system
Strong in utilizing a recognized methodology for reviewing current practices, identifying problems and opportunities, and re-engineering processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness
Hands-on experience in Dynamics NAV or Epicor is an advantage.
Immediate available is preferred.
