职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for supplier development;
? Be responsible for monitoring supplier performance, and drive for improvement;
? Implementing the supplier evaluation and qualification audit;
? Help supplier to optimize the manufacturing process to achieve quality objective;
? Follow up corrective action till closure of all findings;
? Implementing the supplier on-site inspection;
? Verify that product comply with technical specification;
? Identify quality deviation and trouble shooting at site;
? Gives and guides technical /quality specification to supplier;
? Customer claim handling;
? Providing quality inspection report;
? Providing data to annual supplier review and assessment;
? Order follow up to ensure on time delivery;
? Other tasks assigned by management;
Requirements:
? College graduated in mechanical ,electrical background;

? 5 years experience in manufacturing/production field;

? Be able to design and implement inspection protocols;

? Familiar with drawings / specifications, and manufacturing process evaluation;

? Fluent in oral and written English, skilled with MS Office, CAD;

? Analytical, attention to details, commitment to excellence, team work spirit;
