职位描述：

Merchandiser Assistant 跟单助理

Job Descriptions:
1. Follow up orders with suppliers, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery;
2. Monitor and check production status ;
3. Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements;
4.Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers’ requirements;
5.Maintain strong business relationships with suppliers
for product development and production;
6.Build and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers,Evaluate suppliers’ capability ,Keep track of suppliers’ performance ;
7.Arrange sample submission to customers for approval,
Inspect samples , Pack and send samples;
8. Travel to factories for checking production plan
and capacity,arrangement,to besure our production could be proceed on time;
9.Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

1.Years of Experience: Over 1 year experiences in Buying/Trading office;
2. Language Skills: Excellent English oral communication and in written;

3.Team work spirit, integrity, pleasant personality.
