职位描述：
1、负责采购物业企业设备、固定资产、易耗品等。
2、负责跟踪管理公司各类物资需求及消耗情况，保证充足且高品质的补充。
3、负责各类材料及设备的询价。
4、 考察、评价供应商品质体系状况（产能、设备、交期、技术、品质等），推荐、优选供应商。
5、 负责价格、商务条款谈判，编制采购评价报告、办理审批手续，办理采购合同的审批签订手续。
6、 负责对采购的材料、设备会同有关部门进行取样检查、验收和及时交接，做好相关原始记录和台帐。
7、完成上级交办的其他任务
任职要求：
1、熟悉招标采购流程，熟悉供应商评估，具有良好采购谈判能力和协调能力，团队精神强，熟练使用Office办公软件
2、品德优良、忠实可靠、责任心强，具有较强韧性具有良好的专业技术知识，具备良好的谈判、人际沟通能力，团队协作能力强, 具备较高的职业道德素质，有房地产企业采购工作经历者优先。
