Responsibilities:
1. Provide daily business support to BU sales (North China/National Channel)
2. Detailed follow-up for every Sales opportunity, support sales on contract approval process by using Salesforce system.
3. Work closely with all functions to ensure on-time goods delivery, order fulfillment and maximum revenue recognition with lowest inventory.
4. Partner with sales team on financial MOR and S&OP submission.
5. Perform margin analysis upon BU’s urgent enquiry.
6. Prepare monthly sales/SPG performance tracking report and other sales reporting driven by BU sales, SPG and finance once needed.
7. Sales meeting co-ordination and marketing events supporting
8. Daily admin supporting to Beijing Office
9. HR related supporting to Beijing employees
10. Other tasks and project accomplishment assigned by leader
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree, major in accounting or finance will be a plus
2. Excellent Excel skill, being sensitive to number
3. Be good at English in both reading and writing
4. Be pro-active and willing to take challenge
5. A good team player
