职位描述：
1、建立、监督和完善部门管理流程制度，以及日常部门人员管理工作；
2、根据公司战略定位及市场的需求，对产品的设计开发趋势进行研究，制定室内及外观设计总体方向；
3、参与前期项目定位、项目可研报告评审，对市场调研报告和可研报告提出设计方面的专业建议；
4、负责推行限额设计方法确保职责范围内设计成本控制在目标成本之内；根据设计评审的结论，对超出目标成本的设计方案进行调整修正；
5、督导各专业设计组做好集团职责内的材料设备的选型定板工作；
6、负责与各中心及政府机关、设计院及甲方的沟通交流；
7、完成上级领导和公司交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、十五年以上甲级设计单位的工作经验；
2、承担过大型项目总工程师职位，具备一级注册建筑师及高级工程师资格；
3、有较强的沟通协调能力和专业管理能力；
4、有极强的团队管理经验；
