？？ROI and TCO analysis
？？Transformational strategies

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
？？Demonstrated Facilitation skills (executive level)
？？Executive presentation and communication skills
？？Team building and management
？？Conduct thorough industry/account research and analysis
？？Passionate about value creation

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
？？3-9years of industry expertise within high-tech or consulting at Big-5 firm (Accenture, BearingPoint, Deloitte, PWC/IBM, Capgemini) or premier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Booz Allen Hamilton, Monitor, AT Kearney etc.)
？？MBA or Master’s degree, ideally from a renowned institution
？？Record of building strong customer relationships
？？Workshop and consulting background

REQUIRED SKILLS:
？？Management consulting skills: quantitative analysis, documentation, process reviews, business strategy reviews etc.
？？Executive Presence
？？Strong Project Management skills
？？Driven, effective problem solver

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
？？Coaching and mentoring abilities
？？Strong domain expertise in industry verticals, in particular: Manufacturing, Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, Financial Services
