As the Affiliate Manager, you will take a leadership role in assuring the quality of affiliate service (quality control), controlling service costs of affiliates, and generally representing our interests with affiliates. You will be responsible for implementing service standards and improving the service quality of our affiliates, developing cooperation with both new and existing vendors, controlling costs and resolving disputes.
Job Description:
? Source new qualified affiliates, negotiate contract prices and terms
? Conduct face-to-face meetings with affiliates as necessary
? Liaise with Marketing, Accounts and Customer Service Departments to ensure smooth daily operations
? Manage the Affiliate Management Team whose daily task include:
o Ensure affiliates implement and maintain our operational procedures and service standards
o Improve relations, cooperation level and service levels with existing partner affiliates
o Track affiliate service performance and follow up as appropriate
o Maintain up-to-date, Contracts and detailed affiliate records
o Follow up and resolve complaints with affiliates
o Conduct regular performance reviews with affiliates
o Negotiate service costs with partner affiliates
o Ensure service related documents are submitted by affiliates, and that affiliate invoices are accurate
? Regularly report the Departments progress to management with any suggestions for improvements
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
? 5-10 years of business experience
? Good interpersonal communication, team oriented.
? Experience in business negotiation and dispute resolution
? Good Mandarin and English skills. Other languages an advantage.
? Experience in vendor management preferred.
? Experience in travel / car rental industry or related service industry preferred
? Team oriented - good inter-department coordination, communication and cooperation
? High sense of responsibility and ability to operate independently to secure successful outcomes
? Demonstrates good organization and attention to detail
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
