Job Responsibilities:
？ Take charge of connected home products EMC/Safety and IP compliance work and process.
？ Define compliance and certification matrix and specification of NPI projects.
？ Follow projects compliance process with cross function teams and issue review with ODM/OEM suppliers.
？ Review testing plan and compliance schedule with third party agency labs.
？ Long lead time compliance certifications launch tracker control.
？ Implement regulatory updates of international regulations into all the products.
？ Compliance packaging and documents review and implementation.
？ Onsite debugging or solution of EMC/Safety issues.
Basic Qualifications:
？ I BSEE/BSME, Master will be preferred.
？ At least 5+ years working experience in EMC/Safety design or testing field.
？ Master of standards EN 60065, EN 60950, EN 55013, EN 55020, EN 55022, EN 55024, FCC Part 15B/C, IEC61000-4-x.
？ Familiar with EN 300328, EN 301489, EN 300440, EN 301893 and Bluetooth specification.
？ Rich experience of international compliance certifications and regulations, such as FCC, CE, VCCI, BSMI, TELEC, CCC, KC, ANATEL, CB, PSE and so on.
？ Strong knowledge of IP compliance, such as Bluetooth, WiFi, Dolby, MFi, DivX certifications.
？ Ability of using EMC/Safety testing facilities and instruments.
Preferred Qualifications:
？ Good relationship with world famous third party compliance agency labs.
？ Experience of worldwide patent protection regulations.
？ Fluent usage of verbal and written English.
？ Strong learning ability of new skills.
？ Excellent communication skills with cross function teams.
？ Very good team player.
？ Highly self motivated and result driven.
Eligibility Requirements:
？ Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
？ Willingness to work in an office.
