Title: Project Coordinator

Reporting To: Project Manager

Location: Dongguan

Type of Position: Full-Time

Roles/Responsibilities:
? Manage and ensure projects are delivered on time, with the right quality and cost and from the right suppliers
? Overall responsible for delivering projects to Regions
? Understand and align project requirements/objectives with Regional counterparts
? Collaborate with the Regions (Switzerland, Italy, U.S.A., and Asia operations) on project delivery, quality, and cost
? Align project requirements/objectives with suppliers and project team members
? Build relationships with Regional counterparts and leaders and cross-functional team partners
? Build relationships and work with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of projects
? Ensure all identified issues/concerns are clearly understood by project teams and suppliers and escalate as appropriate to ensure all products meet regional, engineering requirements and customer expectations in a timely manner
? Work with Quality and Sourcing teams to ensure the correct suppliers for projects
? Work with production and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of projects and drive issues to resolution in a timely manner
? Conducts weekly reviews with project team/suppliers to ensure projects are on schedule and communicates status/issues/concerns to Regions
? Manage and resolve projects issues with production, suppliers, and regions in a timely manner
? Conducts meetings as needed with team members. Demonstrates leadership by working through others to resolve issues.
? Other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business or project operations

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Mandarin. Fluency in Cantonese or other dialects is preferred
? Able to work and communicate across different cultures, diversity, and gender
? Have work with multi-national companies
? Expertise in one or more key manufacturing processes (e.g. assembly, machining, plastic injection molding, electroplating, painting, etc.)
? Experience/Knowledge of electrical products and industry or luxury display industry would be preferred
? Proven ability to resolve issues
? Proven ability to work as a team
? Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
? Proven ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc…
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Self-motivated
? Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures
? Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon project needs
? Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills
? Excellent project management and planning skills, while providing high attention to details

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
? A Bachelor degree. Degree in an engineering field or other related technical degree would be preferred
? Minimum ten (5) years experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, or process engineering in the luxury-display, electrical products, or related industry
? Master degree or Project Management Certification is preferred

Special Job Requirements:
? May required long, varied work hours at times
? Able for international travel to U.S. or Europe
? May require frequent availability and communication during non-standard business hours to communicate with global team members 举报 分享
