职位描述
Position Goal:
Conduct lead generation campaign and activities to ensure sufficient pipeline are created for the field sales force
Responsibilities and Performance Objectives.
? Identify and develop a targeted list of accounts, with responsibility for all phases of the sales process with a heavy emphasis on outbound calling and email prospecting
? Occasionally work as Study Advisor to follow up the learning progress of GlobalEnglish learners through telephone or email
? Maintain customer satisfaction through strong account management skills
? Deliver accurate and timely report on demand generation outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
? 2+ years of successful experience in conducting cold call, email prospecting and lead generation activities targeting global Fortune 2000 organizations
? University undergraduate degree BA or BS required
? Must have an understanding of the different steps involved in a sales cycle and must know how to leverage each stage in the sales cycle to advance sales
? Must have strong cold calling and email prospecting skills
? Must have formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling
? Must have an understanding of how globalization is changing the business landscape
? Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth
? Operates with a sense of urgency and has a positive, winning attitude
? Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English, presentation, and negotiation abilities
? Experience in Internet technology, online learning and/or on-demand software
? Microsoft Office - Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Ability to use web technologies such as virtual meeting tools, customer relationship management applications, internet search tools and social networking sites
