Job Duties:
1) Accurate Date Entry.
2) Assisting sales for order processing.
3) Assisting sales for documentation e.g, order processing,systems update,etc.
4) Assisting sales for deliver schedule.
5) Being able to handle multi tasks.
6) Prepare reports when necessary.
7) Deal with IQC if any quality issue.
Requirements:
1) Minimum high school degree (college degree a plus)
2) Must type at least 35 words per minute in English.
3) Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
4) Good in Microsoft office.
5) Open minded and well-organized.
6) Willing to learn and willing to communicate.
