1、中专以上学历，化学或高分子材料专业 ；
2、有化学合成反应经验优先；有一定的撰写能力。
3、二年以上工作经验；
4、稳定性强，有吃苦耐劳精神；工作细心，有耐心，严谨的工作态度。
5、有一定的沟通表达能力，配合意识好，能服从领导安排。

岗位职责：
1、协作完成研发各项实验室操作；
2、能独立完成各实验工作并形成文字报告；
