职位描述：
Roles and Responsibility:
1. PO and Supplier Management
1) Monitor supplier’s PO fulfillment status, responsible for daily PO follow-up include mass production, ex-factory schedule, supplier’s booking & shipping status;
2) Deep diving on supplier’s capability and capacity analysis, work with supplier and US counterpart to balance demand and supply.
3) Oversee customer nominated material’s ordering, delivering and inventory.
4) Partner with US merchandising team about demand and PO, solve the exception daily.
5) Arrange necessary supplier’s training to help supplier to well understood Poppin business process, approach supplier performance improvement;
6) Drive and run regular business meetings/visits with suppliers within the cross functional-team, e.g. QBR.
2. Logistics Management
1) Work with freight forwarder to monitor supplier’s booking & PO shipping status;
2) Monitor supplier’s container loading to well utilize containers.
3) Plan consolidation shipments at origin among various suppliers to save freight cost.
4) Supplier’s shipping documents on time and accuracy supervision.

3. Process and Reporting
1) Responsible for PO data, SKU data maintenance.
2) Responsible for required operation level business reporting and data analysis on a regular basis eg. OPS Monthly dashboard.
3) Work with manager to initiate new process at supplier management/logistics management to strength operation team efficiency and aim to cost saving.
4) Supplier’s performance reporting for eg. on time right QTY figures on a timely and regular basis.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s Degree (4-5 year): Major: International Business, Supply Chain, Logistic
2) More than 4 years of experience: Experience with manufacturing related industry or global buying office, acting as the relevant position in the areas of Supply Chain& Logistic function.
3) Strong analytic skills, reporting capability and MS Excel.
4) Good command of English both in written and spoken
5) Willing to travel to suppliers for on-site monitoring. 举报 分享
