一、工作职责:
1、 根据公司发展战略,拟定人力资源需求、开发、配置计划。
2、 完善激励机制,合理规划和控制人力资源成本。
3、 负责编制人力资源招聘方案。
4、 负责编制员工培训计划。
5、 负责薪酬、绩效、福利的制定及评估。
6、 负责工作分析、岗位说明书与定岗定编工作。

二、任职资格
1、本科及以上学历,管理类及人力资源相关专业,;
2、五年以上制造企业人力资源管理经验,两年以上同职工作经验;
3、对人才的发现与引进、组织与人员调整、员工职业生涯设计等具有丰富的实践经验;
4、熟悉国家法律法规,具备较强的管理能力,具备优秀的职业素质及良好的服务意识,富有团队协作精神。

- Manage and coordinate the entire spectrum of the daily operations of HR for assigned country.
- Act as a Business Partner for operations on matters related to HR.
- Ensure optimization of human resources / talent across the brands through active recruitment and on-boarding initiatives.
- Manage and ensure adherence of Compensations & Benefits practices.
- Coordinate and promote the development and retention of human resources
.
1. HR Operations
- Ensure an updated database of employee profile and recorded in their respective personal-files.
- Oversee compliance of statutory requirements & Government regulations on matters pertaining to payroll and terms and conditions of service.
- Monitor timely payroll processing for the assigned country and its relevant brands, and deliver relevant reports for stakeholders.
- Consolidate and prepare headcount report every month.
- Update and revise all HR related documents, standard operating procedures, policies and procedures and informing all employees within the assigned country and its relevant brands accordingly
2. Business Partnering
- Provide prompt and reliable service to Operations and other internal customers.
- Understand both the business and operational needs of internal customers.
- Resolve issues escalated from internal customers in a professional, tactful with implementable solutions.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure employee engagement through conduct of surveys and other diagnostics approach.
3. Recruitment, Selection & Placement/On-boarding
- Assist in implementing and monitoring the selection criteria for all positions within the assigned country and its relevant brands.
- Work with Immediate Superior and Operations team to determine recruitment strategies, apply recruitments methods, instruments and work with partners/vendors in the recruitment process.
- Direct participation and active involvement in the recruitment activities of selected positions by brands and assigned account.
- Work closely with internal customers to implement on-boarding policy & program and ensure execution at operations level.
- Conduct exit interviews and work closely with operations to ensure proper handovers.

4.Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in implementing compensation and benefits policies within the assigned country and its relevant brands
- Administer benefits plan based on prescribed policies and procedures.
- Where relevant, work alongside Operations to develop incentive plan/ programs to cater for business needs.
- Ensure incentive and rewards payments are computed accurately and released in a timely manner.
- Obtain market data for salary and benefits bench marking purposes to ensure the level of competitiveness.
5. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing policy on managing performance within the assigned country and its relevant brands.
- Assist Operations where relevant in facilitating target setting process and determine appropriate ranges and performance levels.
- Assist in providing moderation advice when approached by Operations to resolve perceived imbalance issues.
- Work alongside Operations to review staff performance and propose different types of retention programs & compensation structure.
6 Industrial Relations
- Assist in implementing policy on domestic inquiry and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) within the assigned country and its relevant brands
- Initiate, coordinate and where relevant conduct domestics inquiries sessions.
- Assist in guide Operations on planning, implementing and monitoring progress of achievement of poor performers under PIP.
- Conduct coaching and counselling sessions as and when required.
 6.Industrial Relations
- Handle staff grievance and disciplinary cases within the country.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance to labour laws pertaining to termination of services due to poor performance and misconduct.
7. Others :
- Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

- Work with Immediate Superior and Operations team to determine recruitment strategies, apply recruitments methods, instruments and work with partners/vendors in the recruitment process.
- Direct participation and active involvement in the recruitment activities of selected positions by brands and assigned account.
- Work closely with internal customers to implement on-boarding policy & program and ensure execution at operations level.
- Conduct exit interviews and work closely with operations to ensure proper handovers.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional certification in HR Management.
- Candidate should have at least 3 to 4 years’ of working experiences a generalist HR role a minimum of 1 year spent in managerial/supervisory capacity.
- Experience in HR function with F&B and/or retail related business coupled with operations background is a plus.
- Familiar with the entire spectrum of HR with ability to analyse and present data in an impactful & convincing manner.
- Familiar with the Employment Act, HR requirements and hiring of foreign workers procedures.
- Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all internal & external customers of the organization.
- High integrity, people oriented and able to work well with employees across all levels of the organization.
- Possess good presentation and communicate skills in both written and verbal forms.
