Senior .NET Software Development Leader
Mission:
？ Software Leader at Echosens works on real world problems. This role is with the Chinese Fibroscan Team: A new and fast growing team.
？ Under minimal supervision, A Software Development Leader works closely with Operational Marketing, Developers, Field Support and Management
？ You will assign staff throughout the full system life cycle and specifies, develops, codes, tests, debugs, evolves, maintains software and delivers on time and within the budget.
？ You lead development efforts on specific projects and assist the team when roadblocks are encountered.
？ You ensure that appropriate technical documentsare created and maintained and participate to this documentation effort especially for all relevant Software Project documentation.
？ You participate to UI definition.
？ You write subcontractor specifications when needed and drive all relevant subcontractor projects.
？ You relay defects of third party computer software or Hardware to relevant teams or subcontractors.
？ You report directly to the software manager based in Europe.
Education and Experience
？ 5+ years’ experience of Software medical device development for the Chinese market.
？ 5+ years’ experience of C# .WPF development with Visual Studio.
？ 5+ year prior work experience in commercial software development
？ 2+ year prior of software team leadership
？ BS in Computer Science or equivalent discipline or skill
？ Passionate about software development, UI Design and Microsoft technologies.
Knowledge, skills and abilities

？ Strong team player with a strong leadership and an ability to motivate and drive a small team.
？ Deal well with project schedule constraints.
？ Experience in Medical device software development.

？ Deal well with ambiguous or undefined problems; Ability to think abstract
？ Ability to easily write technical documents and documents aimed to medical standard
？ Master English Language. French Language a plus.
