职位描述：
Web开发工程师

工作职责：
- 将现有桌面系统改为到Web系统，负责AD集成、外发流程设计与实现；
- 对于负责的开发项目撰写相关的需求、设计文档和测试案例；
- 完成领导安排的其他任务。

职位要求：
- 本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上相关工作经验，条件优异者可适当放宽。
- 2年以上Java开发经验，熟悉JSP, Tomcat。
- 熟悉数据库技术(MySQL/SQLSERVER、Oracle)，SQL优化。
- 熟悉struts/spring/ibatis/hibernate等；
- 熟练使用JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Ajax, HTML。
- 良好的编程风格，有一定的英文基础，可以阅读相关英文资料。
- 熟悉C++优先。
- 具有SSO、AD集成和LDAP协议开发经验者优先。
- 具有OA系统、外发审批流程开发经验者优先。
- 敬业、富有责任心、团队合作、有创造性。
