Highlights of Job Responsibilities:
? Grow business through maximizing inventory presentation, sell through, and profit margin for our retail partners
? Merchandising, Events, and Promotions with retailers to provide maximum
exposure and increase sales
? Building and maintaining rapport with new and existing dealer base
? Will participate in weekly conference calls, create and maintain activity
reports, and identify and expand distribution channels
? Create and maintain market analysis, meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and
annual goals

Minimum Job Qualifications:
? Successful business background and B2B marketing (3-5 years)
? Must be proficient with numbers, spreadsheets, etc.
? Musical instrument background helpful, not required
? Solid people skills and team player
? 4-year degree required
? MBA preferred
? This is NOT an entry level position
This position will require travel.

    今天，GIBSON电吉他乐器家族统称为“GIBSON USA”，是在1974年设立于美国田纳西州的那什维尔工厂的基础上建立起来的。当时的工厂专注于LES PAUL 电吉他系列产品的研发与生产。尽管70年代末的整个吉他乐器行业很不景气，但GIBSON乐器公司始终保持着强劲的创新精神。为了满足对经典款型吉他的需求，GIBSON乐器公司集结悠久的工艺传统，于1981和1982年分别重新发售了“dot-neck”版的ES-335和“sunburst”版的Les Paul吉他。与此同时，吉他界两位传奇人物也加盟Gibson公司——1980年B.B. King带来了Lucille 型吉他，1982年Chet Atkins带来了他的实心声学吉他的构想。

    1984年GIBSON公司在Kalamazoo的工厂关闭后，将总部迁至那什维尔。此时GIBSON公司遇到了严峻的财政危机，1986年在Henry Juszkiewicz和DavidBerryman的率领下公司摆脱了经济困扰，新的两位总裁迅速凭借产品的质量而恢复了Gibson乐器的威望，同样也使GIBSON乐器公司获得了非常卓越的效益。

    今天的GIBSON电吉他即代表着它辉煌的历史，也预示着电吉他的未来发展。那些跨越40多年音乐风格的经典之作——ES-175、 ES-335、Flying V、Explorer、 Firebird、SG以及LesPaul吉他等，都奠定了GIBSON品牌广泛的吸引力，足以满足一个吉他手对优秀电吉他的所有要求。由此GIBSON乐器和音乐家之间也建立了密切的关系，包括为King、Atkins、爵士伟人Howard Roberts和Herb Ellis等制作签名版吉他，以及为摇滚巨星Jimmy Page和Joe Perry量身打造新型Les Paul吉他。1994年恰值GIBSON品牌创立百年，此时公司研制的“Nighthawk”款式吉他赢得了工业设计大奖，为GIBSON乐器奠定了第二个“品质与创新”的百年新舞台。
