Quality Control Inspector

Job Description
Title Quality Control Inspector (Electronic toys and Musical instrument Product)
Department(s) Compliance
Reports to Quality Control Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
? This QC is responsible for the implementation of the quality control program, including the coordination and monitoring of the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
? The QC is responsible for assuring that the quality of the work meets or exceeds the project requirements/specs confirmed by licensor.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Ensure all products meet or exceeds the Licensor / customer specifications and standards.
? Ability to document, monitors, and track vendor’s daily, weekly and monthly output.
? Engage new item development with project team.
? Conduct and report the in-line / final inspection.
? Work with 3rd party QC company / customer QC on product confirmation and reliability, packaging, testing compliance.
? Customer complaint / the non-confirmed product follow up.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
? Quality control testing and inspection experience for Toy Industry – Electronics or musical instrument, eg: guitar, drum, keyboard…;
? Knowledge or have experience of know/play musical is perfect;
? Ability to work with and communicate effectively with teammates, factory and 3rd party inspection staff. English spoken and written is priority.
? Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment.
? Ability to report in software skill such as word / excel and else.
