Responsibilities 工作职责
Your typical day may include:
日常职责
- Assisting in office daily administrations
协助处理办公室一般行政工作
- After basic training, assist in handling some clerical accounting documents such as fapiao management, banking documents, rebate documents etc. if needed.
经简单培训,协助深圳运营经理处理基本会计文件, 如整理票据、基本帐目及出口退税文件等(如需要)
- Receiving goods from factories and suppliers, checking quantities and recording materials into the warehouse check sheet
签收发自工厂或供应商的货物,核对数量,填写收货登记表
-Assisting in shipment dispatching
协助发货安排
- Supporting the Shenzhen team to maintain a tidy and organized warehouse
协助深圳团队维护整洁、有序的仓库管理
- General purchase, pick up, drop off of parts from stores and electronics suppliers in the market as required
根据需要,协助从市场上采购办公物资及零配件
-Assisting in assigning inspection tasks to QC staffs following the priority sheet provided by managers
协助按照检查表优先顺序分配检查任务给质检组同事
-Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers or senior staffs
经理或上司分配的其他任务
Requirements职位基本要求
- diploma or above
大专或以上学历。英语流利及其他方面足够优秀的或可放宽至高中学历。
- Min. 2 years working experience
两年或以上工作经验
-Good command of English reading and writing, with basic English speaking ability.
具较好英语读、写能力及基本口语沟通能力。
-Basic accounting knowledge and accounting clerk experience preferred
具备基本会计知识及会计文员经验优先
-Experience in tax rebate preferred
具出口退税办理经验优先
-Experience in dealing with customs declaration and related documentations preferred.
具报关经验及相关文件处理经验优先
-Experience in sourcing preferred
具采购经验优先
- Experience in shipment or warehouse handling preferred.
具收发货或仓储经验优先
- Self disciplined, initiative with a careful character and strong sense of responsibility
自律、主动、细心并具高度责任心
- Proficient in the use of IT:MS Office, email, online search
熟悉常用电脑操作:Word, Excel, 电邮及网上搜索等
