职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Provide secretarial assistant (such as typing and sending quality documents and etc.) to the Quality Director
2. Generate monthly quality performance reports
3. Manage the online document database and filing of the internal documents
4. Prepare daily inspection request summary
5. Provide clerical support to the team
Requirement:
1. College graduate or above (fresh grad accepted)
2. Good command of English (CET.4 or above)
3. Diligent, independent and self-motivated with a good working attitude
4. Proficient in PC skill: Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
