The company was established in 1997 and is holding a Non Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) license (Ref: MOC-NVO1414), which is issued by the Chinese Ministry of Communications. The headquarters of ZHL is in Zhuhai, Guangdong, while the two branches are located in Shenzhen and Zhongshan.
