Warnaco Global Sourcing Ltd.is a subsidiary of Warnaco Group, Inc., a U.S. listed corporation engaged in the business of designing, marketing and selling intimate apparel, menswear, jeanswear, swimwear, men’s and women’s underwear, sportswear and accessories under world famous brand including Calvin Klein Jeans, Calvin Klein Underwear, Chaps and Speedo.

Warnaco owns and licenses a portfolio of highly recognized brand names. The majority of the trademarks Warnaco uses are either owned or licensed in perpetuity. The core brands have been established in their respective markets of extended periods and have attained a high level of consumer awareness.

Warnaco’ history dates back to 1847.The original Warnaco designed, manufactured and sold Warner’s corsets to retailers. Since then, the Company has evolved into a multi-brand, multi-channel apparel company, which endeavors to provide fashion for a country and a world in change.

Warnaco products are distributed domestically and internationally, primarily to wholesale customers through multiple distribution channels, including major department stores, independent retailers, chain stores, membership clubs, specialty and others stores and mass merchandisers and the internet.

In Asia, Warnaco operates under the names of the Warnaco (HK) Ltd, Warnaco Global Sourcing Ltd, CK Jeanswear Asia Ltd etc. The Hong Kong office is the regional office for its Commercial team and the Group’s sourcing hub in Asia.

Warnaco Global Sourcing Ltd. Shenzhen Rep. Office was set up in Nov. 2007. It is affiliated to Hong Kong Regional Sourcing Office and focuses on providing sourcing and quality service to our customers in Europe and Asia.

香港美商华纳有限公司深圳代表处（简称深圳代表处）设立于2007年11月。她是Warnaco Global Sourcing Ltd.（Warnaco集团在香港的采购办公室）的下属机构，主要为WARNACO在欧洲和亚洲的客户提供质量服务。
