Background of Procon CPA:
Established in 1984, the firm is running its business with 45 staff in two offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
Our headquarter is located at the commercial center of Hong Kong with around 4,000 square feet. Our Shenzhen office is located 1 minute from Renming Nanlu MTR station with around 2,500 square feet commercially furnished.
Our directors are authorized employers (as appointed by HKICPA) with experiences in Big 4 international accounting firms. Some of them are currently directors of listed companies in Hong Kong with experiences in IPOs, equity financing deals, merger and acquisition, tax investigation, liquidation and financial consultancy.
Our clients:
Licensed corporations established under Security and Future Ordinance, including securities and futures broker firms, private equity funds and asset management companies.
Major subsidiaries of listed companies in Hong Kong, Taiwan, PRC.
Group companies in the businesses of manufacturing of chemicals, building materials, building equipment, medical equipment, electronics, garments, and toys, etc.; E-commence platforms, IT design houses, beauty care brands, logistics, foods distribution, constructions, etc., located in PRC, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Around 1,000 active HK SME including (i) service companies, (ii) trading firms, (iii) property holding companies, (iv) incorporated owners of real estate properties, (v) not-for-profit organizations.
