职位描述：
?Responsible for engineering change management process, distribute the relevant documentation and ensure accurate implementation of change process in production.
?Communicate with customer for change, technical, drawings, BOM; Distribute verified and accurate information to internal and external parties.
?Monitor new material supply status from oversea and local suppliers, plan the introduction date and communicate the timeline with customer, to make sure that the new part can be introduced on time.
?Organize the new part test run and record the result in order to control the change risk, solve the problems during test run phase in time.
?Coordinate with internal team to assemble the T-car and report to customer the implementation situation according to the regular meeting.
?Organize regular meeting to distribute change information and collect feedback from relevant functions on evaluation results.
?Assuring a 100%-uninterruptable supply with material required for customer production.
?Communicate with materials planning and monitor change process to avoid airfreight and scrap happen.

岗位要求：

?Bachelor degree or above in Technique or Engineering field
?Above 3-year experience in Engineering Management and Project Management
?Proficiency in MS Office software, especially excel, database administration and operation
?Fluency in written and spoken English
?Active and open communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
?High affinity to preciseness and responsibility.
?Ability and willingness for a constant enhancement of existing skills.
?Ability to work independently and under stress.
