职位描述：

Mission :

Establish and maintain commercial arrangements which ensure security of supply and guarantee delivery of goods and services, when and where required by businesses

Responsibility:

Execute operational purchasing activities to secure delivery on time and quality during project execution, details includes:

Purchase production materials according to MRP result;

International PO release and follow up to ensure timely delivery ..

Safety stock& buffer stock setting and updating;

ECN material & non conforming material handling;

Supplier‘s Key Performance Indicators measure and Improvement.

Strong Supplier delivery management & terms negotiation.

Coach and Lead team to reach department target .

Requirements:
-At least 5 years working experience in purchasing or supply chain management
-Experience of complex project procurement & order management

-Experience of team management is needed.

-Familiar with SAP MM model and Machinery working background is needed.
-Language: fluent spoken English and written English ability,Communicate with oversea supplier & terms negotication skill
-Applies tools and processes in single or multi-business organization

-Buyer expertise and good import-export knowledge is required

-Education: BD:

-Positive and Strong execution ability .

-Clear mind and work in order.
