Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for financial performance;
· Check and control the existing Tax reporting including Individual, VAT and company profit;
· Deal with financial and tax issues with the Local and National Tax Bureaus;
· Manage the annual audit, liaison with the auditing firm;
· Manage financial records;
· Oversee and control accounts bookkeepping & cash flow;
· Oversee and control projects cost and profit;
· Prepare reports and assignments to management;
· Issue VAT fapiao;
· Payroll;
· English communication with the HQ Scienlab electronic systems in Germany if necessary;
· All issues related to finance and tax;
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Loyalty, reliable, self-motivated, team work and high feeling of responsibility.
· At least 3-5 years relevant working experience,especiallly in foreign trade company;
· Good oral and written English skill;
· Excellent financial software knowledge;
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
· Excellent finance and tax knowledge;
· Familiar with the rules and regulations of finance and tax in Shenyang;
· Good knowledge about import and export;
