职位描述：
Job responsibilities

? Participate in the elaboration of the strategy and derive and co-ordinate the establishment of all budgets, related business plans and forecasts for the company. Ensure the constant monitoring of all budgets and the implementation of measures in case of significant deviations;

?Ensure the timely establishment of all required financial reports about the development of costs, company results, turnover etc. and pass on and present the results within the company;

?Ensure the correct control, allocation and payment of incoming invoices and reminders;

?Ensure the correct accounting of the invested capital, monitor all investment under control and within budget;

?Ensure the proper establishment of the balance sheet and the annual statement of accounts of the company within company guidelines and local legal requirements. Ensure that all tax-related issues are properly dealt with and lease with internal and external auditors for that purpose;

?Guide, encourage and motivate the subordinate employees and make proposals regarding individual personnel measures. Optimize the sequence of operations and the organizational processes within the area of responsibility;

?Guidance of subordinates in disciplinary and competent-based form;

?Deal properly with related government departments, professional service providers and shareholders with responsibility;

?Other duties and assignments.

 

Qualification

?Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;

?Good skill in leading team;

?Communicateed in English fluently;

?Be skillful with SAP ERP system; Start-up of a new plant will be a plus;

?Be familiar with Excel, Word and other office software, to deal with all kinds of data;

?At least 6 years experience in foreign manufacturing company with at least 3 years controlling position experience. 举报 分享
